3D scan people and manufacture figures for this project we 3D scanned 6 people and manufacture miniature figurines. We brought the models, makeup and hair stylists plus wardrobe staff to our Brooklyn facility. This was the best facility to 3D scan people. Once our client had their models ready for the scanning we were all set.  The scanning of the models took only 2-3 minutes and we had their entire figures mapped in the computer. We then took the PMS swatch book and choose the best colors for  the final models. We manufactured a 3d printed figure for final approval. After final approval was received, we went into full production and created tooling for each figure. The figures were hand painted. The box design was printed 2 colors and featured a cutout for the figure to drop into. We can develop and manufacture these types of products around your goals. We design and manufactured this awesome rolling cooler for Coca-Cola. The fabric, stitching to the interior lining and wheels were all custom designed and with top quality craftsmanship. Even the zipper pulls were designed with the Coca-Cola bottle silhouette. We can custom design any style of bag you may need. From cosmetic to a rolling duffel.

This Rangers season ticket holder gift had an amazing 3D effect. We took 5 different layers of plastic to give the season ticket holders something they would want to hang on their wall. We wanted to capture the same depth effect the ice has on the Madison square garden rink. I started with the Rangers print of the logo throughout the years. Then the next layer was a piece of clear plastic that featured a small silver specs of glitter. This was placed over the printed artwork. Next was a piece of 1/8" thick clear acrylic then another pieces of the silver glitter. On top we added another layer of 1/8" thick acrylic and silkscreened scratches to resemble the scratches in the ice. The final piece has an amazing wow factor that you can not capture with a camera. Feedback was tremendous. A favorite gift of many season ticket holders.    

Metro Bank Piggy Bank was manufactured using injection molding in our overseas facility. We can design any style plastic bank domestically and overseas. We can design the banks to also ship flat using our custom four color process printed Pop N Lock line.

We designed comic con Fear Net Crypt Keeper tradesheow giveaway. We took all the photos and photoshopped the textures and designed the pop out custom for Fear net. Production was 15 days from art approval and the design process took 3 days. This was made in the USA and printed on PremiumEDGE plastic.

43 Licor mini beer hang tag was designed to hold 2 plastic promotional mini beer cups. This marketing increased brand recognition and amazing 90%! Premium Shapes has patents filed for the design and has since manufactured clocks and other items for 43. The hang tag was made out of PremiumEDGE™ plastic which is a very durable thin plastic. Printed four color process one side. We can design any style of hangtag around your marketing goals.

Gillette VR Goggles for the Justice League were custom designed and patented by Premium Shapes. The perfect solution to a ship flat, pop up, ready-to-go VR goggles. Printed four color process over the entire unit and shrink wrapped. 800,000 units were distributed over Europe.  This ship flat design makes it the perfect inpack. This same product was purchased by the New York Times and inserted into their Sunday paper.

Bayer Health Care Spinning Magnetic Clip is a patent item created by Premium Shapes. This unique spinning clip features 6 pieces of different artwork and full magnetic panel on the backside of the clip. This was manufacture in our overseas facility.
