We design and manufactured this Pharmaceutical educational tool. Developed to show a side by side comparison of their brand vs the other brand. They injected their tester into the silicone top. Both medicines were injected into the tube. The rep takes the display and shows the injected levels inside the Pharmaceutical educational tool to the doctor. Metro Bank Piggy Bank was manufactured using injection molding in our overseas facility. We can design any style plastic bank domestically and overseas. We can design the banks to also ship flat using our custom four color process printed Pop N Lock line.

This started out as a cool educational concept that took many turns. First quoted out domestically because of the tight deadline. There was no time for domestic tooling which means this was going to be made out of acrylic and have four color process printing on each side. While we were making some domestic samples with direct printing on acrylic and versions with a 2 color silkscreening, we were also quoting at our overseas facility. Due to the amount of labor and printing the overseas facility actually was a faster bet. Without a PO our facility took the gamble and started the tooling. Once the tooling was finished (in under two weeks) we made a few samples and rushed them to the client with unapproved artwork. The samples were a hit and the next step was to decide on the grain of the sand. It needed to resemble sugar so we went thought a few samples of real white sand and manufactured sand. They chose the natural white sand. The final samples came in and everything was a go. The deadline was a little tighter and we now were producing the cubes 7 days a week with double shifts. At this point it was obvious this order would not of happened if we had not gambled on the tooling. With custom jobs like this one there are always hidden things that come up and need immediate attention and immediate solutions. For this job it was the dust that came with the tons of natural sand. We implemented several cleaning stations and drying stations that rinsed, cleaned and dried the tons of sand to make the cubes crystal clear. Once in final production we even delivered [...]

This is a great functional clipboard we designed and manufactured for Fedex. The clipboard opens up and stores the needed paperwork and markers. The dry erase markers featured an eraser on cap.

We designed and manufactured this 3D heart to be magnetic and sit in a display. The product features a custom PMS match heart with heat transfer graphics, halves that attach magnetically, a phase with heat transfer graphics, a pamphlet that pulls out of the base.

Our ship flat brochure holder with marketing wing offers the perfect combination. A permanent sturdy brochure holder with the ability to change out full color marketing when needed. Brochure Holder The brochure holder is injection molded with a living hinge. This means it is extremely durable and can ship flat. The living hinges allow parts of the brochure to bend easily and snap together. The optional marketing wings, which are flat as well, are placed inside the polybag with the ship flat brochure holder. The brochure holder is manufactured in the United States. The stock color is frosted. We can also manufacture this brochure in a custom color starting at 10,000 units. We can decorate the brochure holder with a one or two color imprint. If you would like a four color process decoration we can attach a four color process epoxy dome.
