3D scan people and manufacture figures

for this project we 3D scanned 6 people and manufacture miniature figurines. We brought the models, makeup and hair stylists plus wardrobe staff to our Brooklyn facility. This was the best facility to 3D scan people. Once our client had their models ready for the scanning we were all set.  The scanning of the models took only 2-3 minutes and we had their entire figures mapped in the computer. We then took the PMS swatch book and choose the best colors for  the final models. We manufactured a 3d printed figure for final approval. After final approval was received, we went into full production and created tooling for each figure. The figures were hand painted. The box design was printed 2 colors and featured a cutout for the figure to drop into.
