3D scan people and manufacture figures for this project we 3D scanned 6 people and manufacture miniature figurines. We brought the models, makeup and hair stylists plus wardrobe staff to our Brooklyn facility. This was the best facility to 3D scan people. Once our client had their models ready for the scanning we were all set. The scanning of the models took only 2-3 minutes and we had their entire figures mapped in the computer. We then took the PMS swatch book and choose the best colors for the final models. We manufactured a 3d printed figure for final approval. After final approval was received, we went into full production and created tooling for each figure. The figures were hand painted. Jumanji custom wood crate promotion
This Jumanji custom wood crate was manufactured domestically. The wood box features the logo printed on the cover and includes their limited edition game. An added feature was the custom wrapped mini crow bar. We took a min crowbar and wrapped it with paracord. Then drilled a hole in the cover to attach the crowbar. We took jungle leaves and placed them inside wrapping around the Jumanji custom wood crate. Wrapped around the wood crate was a string of ivy. The wood cover featured realistic claw marks. Rangers Season Ticket Holder Gift
This Rangers season ticket holder gift had an amazing 3D effect. We took 5 different layers of plastic to give the season ticket holders something they would want to hang on their wall. We wanted to capture the same depth effect the ice has on the Madison square garden rink. I started with the Rangers print of the logo throughout the years. Then the next layer was a piece of clear plastic that featured a small silver specs of glitter. This was placed over the printed artwork. Next was a piece of 1/8" thick clear acrylic then another pieces of the silver glitter. On top we added another layer of 1/8" thick acrylic and silkscreened scratches to resemble the scratches in the ice. The final piece has an amazing wow factor that you can not capture with a camera. Feedback was tremendous. A favorite gift of many season ticket holders.
Walking Dead Wall Clock
Walking Dead Wall Clock is manufactured in the USA. Printed four color process over the entire piece and then mounted to red acrylic. The clock movement in back featured a hanger as well as battery inserted. All you needed to do was turn on the switch and pull out the protective paper in the battery. The clock movement was also made domestically in the USA.

Enamel Photo Frame designed for Ajovy. This enamel picture frame was custom manufactured with 9 matching PMS colors. The back was black felt and featured both an easel and a hanging hook for the users preference. These custom enamel photo frames were individually bubble bagged and boxed. Educational Sugar Cube
This started out as a cool educational concept that took many turns. First quoted out domestically because of the tight deadline. There was no time for domestic tooling which means this was going to be made out of acrylic and have four color process printing on each side. While we were making some domestic samples with direct printing on acrylic and versions with a 2 color silkscreening, we were also quoting at our overseas facility. Due to the amount of labor and printing the overseas facility actually was a faster bet. Without a PO our facility took the gamble and started the tooling. Once the tooling was finished (in under two weeks) we made a few samples and rushed them to the client with unapproved artwork. The samples were a hit and the next step was to decide on the grain of the sand. It needed to resemble sugar so we went thought a few samples of real white sand and manufactured sand. They chose the natural white sand. The final samples came in and everything was a go. The deadline was a little tighter and we now were producing the cubes 7 days a week with double shifts. At this point it was obvious this order would not of happened if we had not gambled on the tooling. With custom jobs like this one there are always hidden things that come up and need immediate attention and immediate solutions. For this job it was the dust that came with the tons of natural sand. We implemented several cleaning stations and drying stations that rinsed, cleaned and dried the tons of sand to make the cubes crystal clear. Once in final production we even delivered [...]

43 Licor mini beer hang tag
43 Licor mini beer hang tag was designed to hold 2 plastic promotional mini beer cups. This marketing increased brand recognition and amazing 90%! Custom Mini Cooper Desk Model
We were tasked with matching a photo of a crashed mini Cooper to help them market their additional coverage. This project had sat on the agency's desk for 3 years as they could not find a solution. We took this on and within a week sent the following Mini Cooper back to the agency. They were extremely happy with the results. We used a 2" thick black acrylic block, skateboard grip tape to resemble asphalt. Then to get the die cast metal Mini Cooper to bend we had to use a map gas torch. A few weeks had past and we did not hear from the agency and then we received a delivery. The delivery man asked if we were opening a toy store. I was puzzled and asked why he would ask such a question. He opened his rolling gate door to reveal 465 Mini Cooper models. These arrived before the final purchase order but it was a fun pause in our day. These models shipped across the country to the dealerships and was a great success in growing their additional coverage.
Humana Planter with Succulents
Humana Planter with Succulents was designed to welcome people back to the office. This white acrylic base was 2 feet high. The succulents were permanently attached to the display and shipped individually boxed and ready to go. The office planter also featured a 1 color imprint on one side. Manufactured in the USA.

Kraft Golden Noodle Award
We designed and manufactured the Kraft Golden Noodle Award. This was a fun task as we had to ensure the pipe bent had the exact same dimension and curve as their Kraft macaroni and cheese noodle. This was mounted to oak wood base and stained black to make the golden noodle pop. Each award had a custom engraved gold plaque.

Fedex Clipboard with Custom Markers
This is a great functional clipboard we designed and manufactured for Fedex. The clipboard opens up and stores the needed paperwork and markers. The dry erase markers featured an eraser on cap.

Our ship flat brochure holder with marketing wing offers the perfect combination. A permanent sturdy brochure holder with the ability to change out full color marketing when needed. Cog Wheel Board There are several different ways to promote a new product but how do you make it interactive which gives the answers that people want to know immediately. We developed a very cool patent pending solution that solves this problem and gives the user an interesting and intriguing way to read and see the answer. The cog wheel dry erase board can be designed with 2 or more cogs. When you turn 1 cog the others also turn changing the information and photos. The large dry erase board also allows for a custom diecut and four color process printing. The board can be hung on a wall or can be designed to sit in a stand. Custom Wine Bottle Tags and Drink Charm Set A short story about how great this product is for beverage stores or online wine companies. Larry ordered a few bottles of wine online. Each bottle came with this very cool wine tag and drink charm sheet. He wrote the details of the wine on the Wine Tag and hung one on each bottle in his wine storage. That evening he had friends over for dinner. He invited them to choose a bottle of wine from his selection. His guests could easily read the details of the wine on the Wine Tag. Each bottle had the name, year, origin and perhaps a little note from Larry with his thoughts about the wine. In a short time, a bottle was chosen that would compliment the meal. Larry placed a Drink Charm on each glass and poured the wine. Each Drink Charm was a different color so each guest could identify their glass and each had the details of the wine noted on the back. At the end of the evening, Larry’s guests left with the Drink Charms and all the information they would need to place their orders. Each guest would be visiting the .com with the information noted on the back of the Drink Charm to place their orders. As Larry threw away the empty bottle, he saved the Wine Tag and noted his high rating and comments on the back. Now keeping track of his favorite wines is easy!
