ADPKD kidney Disease educational Models were injection molded and custom painted. The objective was to show the different stages of a diseased kidney. They needed to be professionally painted to match existing photos, the weights of each model needed to be very specific, the feel needed to be soft. The case was designed to hold them securely as well as be used as a display. The case was custom designed with a tray and handles to lift out the kidneys for presentation. Avengers Gillette Razor Promotion Avengers Gillette Razor Promotion was made in the USA. We designed and manufactured the display within few weeks. The tight turnaround canceled out the options of anything injection molded. We routed and polished the acrylic, welded posts/stands to lift them off the display. Printed a vibrant graphic on plastic to give it that extra pop. Then manufactured an epoxy dome decal on a metallic substrate to add another level of POP.
